Our community is led and ministered to by a wonderful group of guys. Pastor Fran is the “lead guy”, and the other guys fill various roles and functions.

LifeSpring is a “community of communities”, with lots of Real Life Groups where people build friendships, grow spiritually, and join together to continue Jesus’ mission. We have a strong conviction that the communities within LifeSpring will only be as strong as the leadership community you see on this video. As leaders, we seek to walk in authentic and transparent connection with one another, hoping to see all kinds of communities spring up around us that are just as rich and deep.

The team really includes all our wives as well—once a month we all gather to have dinner together in one of our homes...sometimes we have serious topics to talk about, and other times, we just hang out and enjoy the beautiful friendships the Lord has given us.
